There are some good and one not so good news for the US people. The good news is that the long-awaited Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is now available at the Nokia Flagship Store in Chicago and soon reaching NYC flagship store too. Another great news is that the phone is priced fairly cheap at just $349.99.

The sad news is that the Nokia 5800 available in Chicago is the European version which do not support US 3G data. The phone though comes with US warranty and all. Read more »

Flying start for Nokia 5800 Xpress Music in Russia. Russia is among the first few countries to start Nokia 5800 Smart Phone sales recently. We reported earlier how the Nokia 5800 wiped out in just 30 minutes in Nokia Flagship Store in Russia prior to the actual formal launch.

This time we got the news that over 58000 phones are sold in Russia between Nov 26th to Dec 7th which is beyond expectations. There are also confirmed orders of about 46000 units more by the end of 2008. This is an all-time record breaking number for any phone in the first month of sales in Russia. Read more »
