Nokia has just declared their quarterly results of Q1 2009 today. And its no surprise to see Nokia 5800 XpressMusic as the star performer. Nokia had sold 2.6 million units of 5800 this quarter which takes the total to an amazing 3 million mark. Earlier in last week of Jan, we witnessed the 1 million units of 5800 shipments.

However the overall sales of Nokia in this recession period fell to 9.27 billion euros from 12.66 billion euros last year. Profit was €4 million, compared to €1.2 billion a year ago.
