Orange has become the first operator in the UK to offer Nokia’s Comes with Music service exclusively on the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. Offering access to the Nokia Music Store with over 6 million tracks, Comes With Music will be available from Orange on the device across a selection of Orange pay monthly price plans and upgrades from Friday 29th May 2009.

Orange offers a free Nokia 5800 if clients sign up for packages, with monthly prices starting from £24.47. Its closest rival iPhone, without free music access, is free at rival O2 on contracts starting from £34.26. Read more »

Remember the insane amount of gossip about the Nokia Tube before it finally hit stores? Well, it’s all about to get going again, with its successor, the so–called Nokia 5900 XpressMusic, starring in its own string of leaked shots.

A number of pictures reveal what is said to be the Nokia 5900. The phone appears to be thinner than the 5800 and the word is it will feature a larger 3.5-inch touch-sensitive screen, along with a 3.5mm jack and a 5-megapixel camera. Its a bit surprising to see Ohio based carrier Cincinnati Bell grabbing the deal from Nokia to sell the 5800 XpressMusic NAM phone in US. Cincinnati Bell is a small regional carrier with limited coverage area when compared to big carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile.

They are the first to sell the 5800 in the US with a subsidized price. Its customers in the Ohio region will get to choose from the $149.99 with a contract version and the $349.99 without a contract version.
