		<description>The contacts icon on the bottom of the standby screen is hardcoded by Nokia.  That means it cannot be replaced or deleted from the phone.  If you are just after quick access to DreamConnect from the standby screen, you can always modify your phone&#039;s setting to have DreamConnect&#039;s icon appear as one of the shortcuts at the top of your standby screen and access it from there.</description>
