The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone is a great platform for board games. We’ve covered and recommended some of them here on Tube5800. In this article, we’d like to show you another mind-bending game that has been a staple in simple toys for years. Perhaps you had this one when you were a kid. But now, you can enjoy it in your phone – a game simply called Fifteen Touch from OffScreen Technologies.
Fifteen is a simple game where the object is to arrange the fifteen red and flesh-colored squares which are numbered from one to fifteen in the game board in successive order. Problem is that the squares are all jumbled up. How do we arrange them in proper order? You slide the squares vertically and horizontally until you get them in their proper place.

In the top middle of the screen, there is a big play icon (an arrow facing to the right) that, when pressed, starts the game. At the bottom, you will see some numbers. The first one (with the clock icon) tells how much time has passed since you started the game. Below it is a square with right arrow icon signifying the number of slides you have been doing to finish the game. At the right side are the same icons but are in full white. These are indications of the best the time and least amount of slides you have played in the past. Once you finish the game, a big green check icon will appear together with your time and the number of slides it took to do it.
Is Fifteen worth the download?
Fifteen is a mind-boggling game that tests your skill and brain in arranging these squares from one to fifteen. The game has the recurring fun factor which is important since that dictates the life of the game. It’s challenging and addictive. It enables you to exercise your brain.
We are impressed with the smooth flow of the graphics. When you swipe the squares, they move swiftly without any sign of lag. It’s very responsive which is important in a timed game.
This game has no bells and whistles. No music. No sounds. Just plain raw fun and logic. It takes the boredom away and lets you use your brain. Not a lot of mobile games can be played by children. This one can. You can let your kids play this which will encourage them to think.
Verdict
Download it. You won’t regret it. There is nothing like a fun-filled and brain-exercising game to perk you up. Add this to your roster of games in your Nokia 5800 phone.
The Fifteen game can be downloaded for FREE HERE at the Ovi Store.
