The Nokia 5800 a.k.a Tube goes on sale this Friday (23rd January) as we blogged about few days ago and we’ve just got the full launch details now. If you’re more eager than the other phone beavers, you’ll also be walking away with a rather impressive goody bag.
The first 200 people who buy the device from Nokia’s Regent Street Store (which is opening early at 8am) will receive exclusive content, including Sports Tracker, Touch Guitar, Touch Piano, Guitar Rock Tour. Films from Futureshorts including Crabs, I Met the Walrus and Suprise are included in your early riser gift pack.
The first 100 customers buying a Nokia 5800 in the Regent Street Store between 8.00am and 8.30am will also receive tickets to the Benicassim music festival in Spain.
Other cool stuff that will be happening at the launch includes street dancer George Sampson, who apparently won Britain’s Got Talent. The 5800 XpressMusic will also go on sale on Friday at the Heathrow Terminal 5 flagship store and the online Nokia.co.uk/shop.
So… the fun starts at 8AM this Friday and you’ll finally be able to get your hands on the Nokia 5800, for just £249 (inc. VAT). It goes on general sale a week later.
