		<description>Skype on 3 (in the U.K.) is FREE to use on 3g.  No charges whatsoever, not even if you&#039;re on pay as you go.

That&#039;s why no-one on 3 in the U.K. cares about data charges on 3g when using Skype, because there aren&#039;t any.
