- I think, what you are talking about, is adding new URL to speed dial;I know how to do that… but, I want to “EDIT” already existing ones…
- Like, I want to replace BBC, or say,ABOUT OPERA with my new ones…

I just disabled “Inline Editing” and the problem was solved but in this way, I’ll be defected from this smart and brilliant feature.

The interface of this new version is fantastic but the most serious problem it suffers from is the lack of bilingual support. I am using to switch the language of typing between English and Persian. That is used when you’re going to type something in a non-Latin language such as Persian or Arabic. This vital feature is fully supported in Opera 4 but unfortunately it isn’t supported in this version. I hope this shortcoming would be covered in the final version.

Whilst I consider the 5800 to be the best phone I have ever owned, I could never live with the built in browser. Opera mini 5 is stunning can’t wait for the full release.

i cannot get the browser to open i think it has something to do with my version of java can someone help

You have to set the parameters of the application.
So, go to “Parameters” (I don’t know if it’s the same in english, in fact I’m french so i can see “Paramètres”…).
Then, “Applications”, “Installed Apps”, choose Opera mini, “options”, “Parameters suite”, “Access point”, and here, choose your 3G access.

@blakeym – If you’re not connected to your home WiFi connection, it will connect to 3G.

@Neo – The Speed Dial is customizable. Just touch and hold the Speed Dial and it will show you the edit options.

loving the new opera mini…only thing is that it will only connect over my wifi connection at home and not over 3g…assuming that will change after beta or can i change the network selection?
