This is one great application BUT there is one big time failure:

If you are using your wifi internet connection you cannot play any audio.
At least, so it says to me. any sollution?

Skyfire isn’t really a proper standalone browser like the Nokia browser or Opera Mobile. It’s more similar to Opera Mini – it sends a request to Skyfire’s servers which then return the pre-rendered page to your phone. You should be comparing it to Opera Mini (which it easily surpasses, with the exception of tabs) rather than Opera Mobile (which in my opinion is a much better browser).

there is no question about it , the real question which is better, opera mini/mob or skyfire … i dont have a wirless atm, and not much of a data plan, so i cant rrly compare them “yet”..

Before you install this program, check privacy issues! It looks like they might use the provided information (email account, facebook etc.) for almost any purposes…

i can view itv player and 4 on demand on my 5800 and looks great, there are a few bugs, however this is beta. Beats opera hands down in everything except no keyboard for skyfire!!!
